I have had it for almost 1 year. Very good build quality, very good screen and resistant to scratches, very comfortable in hand with an extra leather strap included in the package. Here end the good things about it. Now onto the negatives.
Notifications are just notifications, meaning you can only see them. You cannot reply to a message or even use predefined responses like YES, NO, MAYBE. The screen simply lights up, you see the message, if you manage to catch it because it disappears very quickly, and that's it. You can tap on the notification when it arrives, but it doesn't do anything.
It has 2 buttons on the right side, the top one is simply a back button and the bottom one is a shortcut for ONE exercise/sport that you have chosen. If you are not interested in a specific exercise or simply want that button to do something else (like opening the wallet to make a payment), you cannot, which is a big downside for me. I want to pay quickly and easily at the supermarket while putting groceries in bags, and to do that with the watch, I have to press the button to wake the screen, go into the menu, find the wallet app, and then put my hand on the POS. At this point, it is faster to pay with the phone, as all I have to do is have NFC on and simply tap it on the POS without opening any app.
These 2 buttons can be pressed accidentally. By moving my wrist upwards during the day, I accidentally press the buttons. The top button is just a back button, so it doesn't do anything other than turning on the screen (I will talk about this later), but the shortcut button opens the exercise and it is very annoying to be outside drinking coffee and having to check my watch every 2 minutes, thinking I have a notification, only to see that it started the "WALKING" process.
When I bought it 1 year ago, it was summer, so I was wearing short sleeves every day. So the only problem I had with the buttons was what I mentioned above. However, when winter came and I started wearing long sleeves and jackets, I noticed that there was a problem there too. I had the double tap to wake screen feature enabled, so every time the jacket touched the watch (which happened all the time), the screen would turn on and it would press various things (opening and closing apps, changing watch faces, and constantly vibrating). So I had to disable the double tap feature, thinking it would solve the problem. However, it didn't because, as I mentioned before, the bottom button is accidentally pressed and it starts the exercise, so things were still being pressed on their own because the jacket was touching the screen. SO FOR THE ENTIRE WINTER, I HAD TO ROLL UP MY LEFT SLEEVE.
I honestly believe that the app has no reason to exist because it doesn't do anything. The app had to frustrate me for a long time in order to work. You have to keep it running in the background ALL THE TIME, otherwise you miss notifications, and all the time, I have a notification in the notification panel from the app that doesn't say anything, it just exists. Every time I open it, it gives me a warning that "I NEED TO MAKE THE APP RUN CONTINUOUSLY IN THE BACKGROUND BECAUSE I'M MISSING NOTIFICATIONS," even though I have done it MANY TIMES. I reached a point where I deleted it and downloaded it again, but it didn't fix anything.
I thought the measurements were accurate because I saw others on the internet testing it. Until one day I took it off my hand because I was typing on the computer and the slightest movement of my wrist pressed the bottom button and it drove me crazy, so I left it on the desk. And by mistake, after about 2 hours, I saw that the watch was showing 83 beats. Not only did it show 83 beats, but it also had fluctuations (I saw it ranging between 75 and 90 beats) and I have it set to continuously measure. So obviously MY DESK IS ALIVE. But now I don't have a problem with it anymore because it suddenly stopped showing beats on its own, two months ago.
Personally, I don't see any usefulness in the watch, I don't even consider it smart since it can't even do simple things, and I believe that I wasted 150 euros on it (it has the same price after one year).
