I am 30+ years old, with sensitive eyes and oily skin. I didn't feel any stinging, but I didn't see a significant difference either. It felt like it left a "silicone" sensation that moisturizers and eye creams usually have. It seemed like the cream wasn't fully absorbed. It doesn't do anything for dark circles. It provides a mild hydration, but I have found much better eye moisturizers. I don't think it's suitable for ages 25+; maybe it's more suitable for younger girls who don't have issues with wrinkles and dark circles. Only for hydration, and even then, considering the price, I expected something better

Overall, it leaves a light feeling and makes the eyes appear more rested after application, but I didn't see any difference in fine lines (which I have few of as a 30-year-old) or in dark circles. It also clumps when combined with face cream. For its price, I expected something better.

I don't have any serious issue with bags or dark circles, so I don't know if it works in those cases. In my case, however, the result is perfect, the eyes appear more rested and radiant.
