Personally, my child did not find it very easy to drink with this method. It is a quality construction but it did not suit us. It worked better with the educational cup with the straw.
Easy to clean, nice alternative for babies using an open cup due to the soft silicone. The little one had no trouble finding a way to drink. We fill it up to the top so there is no need for a big tilt of the head to drink.
The child from 6 months old quickly learned to drink water with this cup. He/she struggles a bit to lift it up high to drink, but I believe it's just a matter of time.
