  I have two toyotomi 12000 btu, one umi eco and one hiro eco.
  The umi is noticeably more powerful, noticeably noisier, but according to the manufacturer more economical. With both of them together, I manage to cool/heat a 80 sq.m. house with moderate insulation. The air they both emit is excellent. If you want to put it in a room, I recommend the hiro because it is extremely quiet.

  Approximately 1 month of operation. I would give it 5 stars if I didn't struggle so much with the wifi connection. The instructions are inadequate and need to be changed. You need to connect to a 2.4 GHz network (separate networks through the router) and name the 2.4 network (SSID) with digits = letters that do not exceed 32 characters along with the password. Give a short name that also includes 2.4 GHz, for example Peter-2.4GHz. When you reset the Wifi on the air conditioner and start the process through the application, be very close to the machine. If you follow these steps, you will connect very easily.

  I have it in my living room, which is about 60 square meters. The insulation is not the best.
  It has been working for a year now, both in cold and hot weather.
  **Winter**
  I set it to medium fan speed, with the ionizer on, and a temperature of 24-26 degrees. I live in Athens, so we don't have very harsh winters. Every time I have turned it on, it heats up the room like an oven. It has an average consumption of 1.8-2.2 kWh. It reaches the desired temperature in 20 minutes, and I measured it with a thermometer next to the balcony door and in a relatively distant area from the air-conditioner. It doesn't make much noise, although the fan speed does play a role. In a month, I noticed that it consumed 140 kWh for about 2-3 hours of daily use.
  **Summer**
  In the summer, just like in winter, it performs very well. It cools down the room in just a few minutes. In the summer, it consumes slightly more electricity. Around 2.1-2.5 kWh, but it doesn't need to stay on for a long time. In fact, if you set the temperature correctly, you can leave it on for several hours with much lower consumption. Specifically, on a day when it was 38 degrees outside, after 6 hours of operation at 24 degrees, it had an average consumption of 1.7 kWh.
  The only negative thing I have noticed is that the external unit makes quite a bit of noise, but it's understandable since it is quite large.
  I think it's worth buying at its current price

  16αρι- I got it for a large living room/kitchen and if it can cool down the indoor spaces (rooms) a little. Literally, it only cools down the living room!!!! Unfortunately, although I have tried toyotomi several times, I don't know why they released this 16αρι on the market. It is only enough for a house under 30-40sqm and still with great caution, it is slightly more powerful than 12αρι (very little). Also, the remote control never works on the first try (this specific one may be problematic). Nevertheless, it is not worth its money for any reason, fortunately we bought it through a program and at the first opportunity I will replace it with something else.

  Update: the heating compared to the cooling is very satisfactory, it warms up the space quickly even at the first intensity level.

  We bought it this year for our country house. Tested in cooling, it cools a regular room just fine. The indoor unit is relatively quiet, at least it didn't bother me at all. However, the outdoor unit makes a sound as if a drone is flying around... that's why I didn't give it 5 stars.
  Update 16.12.23: I also bought a 24,000 BTU for my house at a very good offer due to Black Friday. Very good performance, no doubt about it, but guys, it's not that quiet. The outdoor unit is okay, I decided to go for a slightly quieter one, but it seems that's how they all are. Now, however, I noticed with the 24,000 BTU that even the indoor unit (even in quiet mode) makes this buzzing sound and it's loud (not unbearable, but it becomes tiring in the long run). Also, I want to mention a comment I saw from someone else. Set at 22 degrees heat, with room temperature at 24, it doesn't stop working. Also, the remote control for the 24,000 BTU has more functions than the 9,000 BTU.

  I was torn between this and a Tesla that was about €100 cheaper. I chose this one to play it safe, even though the 12-inch Tesla I have is really good.

  So:
  1. The internal unit is noisy. The mechanic told me as soon as he saw it, but I didn't believe him. I thought it would have been mentioned in the reviews.
  2. The remote control, besides not being very attractive, doesn't have all the functions that the machine offers. It also has a dent on the back, which makes it difficult to know which side you're holding if you don't look. Oh, and it doesn't light up.
  3. There is no left-right swing (like in the Tesla). It would have been very convenient for me because it had to be placed directly opposite the couch, so the air would blow directly on me.
  4. When it's closed, there is a red indicator that it's closed, as if it's not obvious... You can turn it off so it doesn't show, from the remote control, by pressing "Light" (very self-explanatory, huh?), but then you won't be able to see the temperature when it's open...
  5. It cools a space larger than the one it's intended for.
  I don't have an opinion yet on heating and efficiency.
