I bought 3 air conditioners. A 9,000 BTU for the bedroom, a 12,000 BTU for a small apartment, and an 18,000 BTU for the living room. The plastic parts of the 9,000 BTU one make noise. I tested the 12,000 BTU one for cooling and it performs moderately in a fully renovated, double-glazed window apartment of 31 sq.m. I have no opinion on its heating function. I installed the 18,000 BTU one in my 40 sq.m. living room, but it doesn't heat the space satisfactorily. You can feel the warm air when you are right in front of the unit, but when you are on the side, you feel a cold draft. Additionally, the outdoor unit makes noise (vibrates) and even though technicians came, the problem was not fixed. When the noise starts, I have to turn it off and on again, or go outside to move the pipes. I am not satisfied with the quality of the product and neither with the post-purchase service.
Very bad air conditioner, you don't feel the warmth, and the dealership checked it and found nothing, they wanted 40€. The plastic makes noise, after a while it releases cold air and throws it on you, while you don't feel the warm air at all. No willingness to help from the company.
Purchase more for heating regarding the 24-unit. Purchased through a recycling program at almost half the price. In cooling mode at 27 degrees with 20% fan intensity, the space becomes a refrigerator with an external temperature sensation of 43-46 degrees Celsius in the shade. The performance seems excellent, as indicated by its features, which are more like a 30-unit than a 24-unit. The external unit is bulky, which is logical for a 24-unit. The remote control program works perfectly. It must be on the 2.4GHz frequency when connecting to connect. With open doors and in the other 2 rooms, at 27 degrees with 20% intensity, it cools the entire 58 sqm house. I will come back for heating. Highly recommended for cooling! I will return for heating. The external temperature remains constant at 5 degrees, while inside it is between 25-27 degrees with open doors throughout the house. In the living room, it is warm to the point of being unbearable, while in the other rooms, it is just warm enough to be comfortable with light warm clothing. I couldn't have made a better choice. The remote control is a plus, as it allows you to turn it on, adjust it, and see the internal and external temperatures
We are shocked, how quiet the air conditioner is. 20db is by far the quietest. We can hear our neighbor's but not ours.
With the turbo mode, it can turn our house into an ice cube in half an hour.
It also dehumidifies, meaning it lowers our humidity to 30 (usually we are around 50).
The application is very easy, I set it half an hour before I come home and the house has the desired temperature.
Our space is 55 square meters, we got the 18, and it's perfect!
I bought this air conditioner and so far my experience has been quite good, both in terms of the company's service and in terms of cooling. Within half an hour, it cools the room down to 24 degrees, and in the middle, the fans kick in and turn the room into a refrigerator. Additionally, it is quiet as an air conditioner, I recommend it
I have it for 1 year. I expected to be impressed and fortunately yes (very much indeed). Before this, I had a Fujitsu for 25 years (since 1997), and until it broke, the house was very cool. The new one is not only more elegant but also incredibly powerful. Within 15 minutes, the whole place has frozen and warmed up. How did I live for so long with the previous one that barely cooled the space after so many years... This is much better! At first, when I tried it, I thought the air conditioner was broken because it couldn't be heard. I am amazed. I have turned on the air conditioner and you can't hear anything except for the beeps it makes when receiving commands (When it's operating, you can barely tell if it's turned on). It can only be heard within 5 centimeters from the device. I have the 18,000 BTU model.
Good air conditioner for cooling and heating, but the external unit is quite noisy in an 18,000 BTU model that I installed. The machine produces an unusual tremor that is transmitted through the base to the house as noise. When the company came to see the problem, all they told me was to place the external unit on the ground, claiming that's what everyone does. So, stay away...

As good as the company is in terms of communication with the customer, the machine they installed for me is bad, and let me explain why. As soon as I send an email to the company regarding the above issue, within ten minutes they call me and schedule an appointment for the technician to come. Indeed, the technician, who was very polite, came, opened the machine, and told me that even if they replace it with another one, it will still make the same noise. The only solution is to install the external unit on the ceiling so that the noise doesn't transfer from the machine to the house as noise. I told him that I don't have the money (70€) right now, and we can do it after the summer. Another problem is that the internal unit has a thermometer to cut off the operation when it reaches a certain temperature. The issue is that the heat rises and the sensor is in the wrong place. I set it from 26 to 30 degrees, and it cuts off when the house is at 21 degrees. If I could return it to the company and pay the difference to get a better air conditioner from the same company, I would do it.

Almost 7 months after my last comment, and the noise getting louder, I sent a video to the technician of Inventor and also to the company itself. They immediately contacted me, and within 2 days, the technician came to the house and confirmed that it indeed makes an unusual noise (fortunately, I'm not crazy). The technician sent a message to the company for replacement, and within 3 days, the external unit was changed, which is truly silent, both inside and outside. Congratulations to the company, but most importantly, congratulations to the two teams of Inventor in Thessaloniki! George, thank you very much!
I bought 2 air conditioners, one with a capacity of 9 and the other with a capacity of 12. They currently work in heating mode and are economical and quiet, both indoors and outdoors. They have a control panel with lighting and many functions, and they also have installed wifi that works perfectly with a mobile application. I highly recommend it compared to other products of the same price that offer less. Note that proper installation plays the most important role (including at least 3m of pipes, proper insulation, etc.)
Very good, quiet, both the external and internal unit. For now, I have only used it in warm weather, so I don't have an opinion for the summer yet. I have it in a 50 square meter space with a hallway facing two bedrooms, and it heats them up quite quickly if I direct the airflow from the blinds towards the hallway. The wifi connected quickly and it has several options that you can control with the remote, although not all of them. I can even turn it on from work and by the time I get home, it has already started heating. I highly recommend it.
It was installed in a 14sqm room since the 9-inch one was not available.

I have the 24-inch one, I have only used it for heating. In 10 minutes it has heated a 55sqm space. Its consumption, as I have measured it with a consumption meter, is as follows: When turned on in a cold room (17 degrees), it starts with a consumption of 500-800-1100-1500- and reaches 2150W per hour. It remains at levels of 1800-2100W and in the ten minutes after the room has warmed up, it gradually decreases and reaches and balances at 550-650W per hour.
The air conditioner is fine. Great attention is needed by those who will install it. If there is a replacement, it is good to change the bases as well. Unfortunately, the installation team did not change them for us (saying that they do exactly like the old ones), resulting in the external unit not sitting properly and making noise. Calling the inventor company and installing special rubber without charge, the issue was fixed. If it had been installed correctly from the beginning, there would have been no problem.
Very powerful tool, I have placed it in the living room and it performs perfectly. Used for 1.5 months. Currently tested for heating, it warms up immediately and at a temperature of 22 degrees it produces enough warmth and heats up the hallway as well. Quite silent both inside and outside. For its price, I doubt if there is anything better. The durability over time remains to be seen. I would highly recommend getting it without hesitation.
Very cheap especially for its price. The biggest disadvantage is the very annoying expansion/contraction noises that are very frequent (every 5/6 seconds) and continuous in both cooling and heating. I have a cheaper TCL that doesn't make a sound..
UPDATE: 20.03.2023
After contacting the EXCELLENT service of Inventor, it was replaced with another machine and installed by the same people with the correct base on the external unit, which dramatically reduced the noise. I don't change my opinion about this particular product, but I will increase the rating for the impeccable service provided by the company.
We have had the 9th for a few days now... in terms of performance, functionality, connectivity, and everything else, it's all good. However, considering that someone who will buy it will put it in a small room, they should have paid attention to the squeaking noises, which, okay, are not excessive, but they exist... unfortunately...
Also, something important is that the wifi application I managed to connect it to is invMate and not inventor control, which is connected to Google home... for now, invMate works perfectly fine as a standalone application with all the remote functions, etc., but it does not work with Google home or Alexa... I don't know if they will fix this in the future, but it was a disappointing point for me since I bought the same brand to integrate it with Google home, and I have both (I also have an 18th Dark).

After contacting the excellent support from inventor, they told me to download the Net Home Plus app (I logged in with the same credentials I had in invMate), which ultimately supports all the invertor air conditioners and works perfectly fine with Google Home
I bought it a month ago and I have to admit that it hasn't left me satisfied! The plastics of the internal unit creak during use (heating during this period), which is very annoying!! While I have 2 other older models of Inventor, the eco omnia 9000, with which I am completely satisfied. I expressed my complaints to the seller and I am waiting for the technician to come again, maybe something went wrong with the installation, which is difficult. But we'll see... I wouldn't recommend it for purchase. I had read in comments that the plastics creak, and I mentioned it during the purchase, but the seller assured me that it wouldn't happen and that's why I bought it.

Immediate heating for a room and silent operation (cooling has not been tested yet). Quality, sturdy and illuminated controller. The connection to WIFI is immediate (it provides a free connection stick) and the process is easy.

Excellent tool in heating! The temperature in a 60 cm² area increased by 2 degrees in half an hour!! Cooling has not been tested yet. I bought an 18k and a 9k. The 18k did not need extra fuses and wiring. The noise of both the indoor and outdoor units is low and does not bother.
The connection to the WIFI application is quick and immediate. The air conditioner's package includes the stick to be placed in the slot on the board and is not charged extra. You can make many more settings from the Inventor app on your mobile than with the remote control, as I personally have switched the two air conditioners and the dehumidifier to the app and relaxed! However, the remote control is also very satisfactory, quality, and illuminated.
Well, as I mentioned, I would come back here for a reevaluation in the winter of 2023, now with the cold weather. I have the 24-inch one. In the afternoon, with 3 degrees outside and 15 degrees inside the living room. I set the air-conditioning to 26 degrees. In less than an hour, the temperature inside showed 27.2 degrees. I consider the response to be correct.

Very good choice, both units are quiet. Low power consumption. Easy control through the application. I will also buy a 12-inch one for another room. The 24-inch one was installed in the living room-kitchen.
