  In the first 3 months, the gears shown in the photo were worn out. I contacted customer service and bought the spare parts for 35 euros, which I replaced. However, in another 3 months, the same gears were worn out again. So, I spent a total of 115 euros on the purchase and another 35 euros on spare parts, and in 6 months, it's already useless.

  It is a very convenient and functional tool.. with a 3.0mha battery, I pruned 20 lemon trees... I didn't even need to sharpen the chain because I added a few drops of chain oil to each tree!! Everything was fine until the last tree, when I was pruning a branch the size of a man's wrist, the internal gear that gives motion to the axis that turns the chain broke, and now I have sent it for service since it has a warranty!!!

  I cut branches and a little trunk at about 15 cm. Soft and with continuous lubrication of the chain. Something broke inside after 10 days and I have sent it for service. I don't know if everything is like this or if I got a defective one. I wanted it to cut for the wood stove, I wanted something more practical than the big electric one I have, a do it by alex pak, I have had it for 16 years and I only changed a gear by myself. I was disappointed by the bormann, I hope it gets repaired, I will only keep it for small trees in the garden and as time goes on, maybe a chainsaw would have been a better solution, I was disappointed

  Very powerful, I didn't expect it and it looks high-quality. It will show over time, after a month of use it started making a lot of noise. I opened it and saw that some teeth were broken from the gear that gives motion to the chain. So, I added a wheel back to the axle of the gear that goes into the bearing to press the gear to fit well on the motor gear because that was the problem. Now it works better than new. I would like to add that all the components inside are of high quality

  I didn't expect the product to be so good. It cuts branches incredibly well, even large ones, and with relative safety.

  The chain lubrication is a bit concerning to me, you have to do it every now and then, but it's not a big deal.

  The instructions said to lubricate it before use, but I don't think it's enough.

  Also, the product is quite big and sturdy in size. From the photo, you get the feeling that it is smaller.
