The cable does not fit well and does not make contact within 1 month of use.
As a result, the base works, but
the USB ports in the back do not work at all.

It is very good, quite quiet since it is a large fan, personally the blue LED bothers me a little. In general, not all laptops benefit from fan bases, several factors play a role, and I did not always see temperature improvement in previous laptops. In my case, I have a gaming laptop with poor cooling. Initially, with this base, I saw a 2-3 degree difference at best. However, I opened additional holes underneath the plastic and added extra heatsinks to the existing cooler. There was no temperature difference without the base, it just took a little longer to reach the maximum temperature. With the base now, I have a 7-8 degree difference on the graphics card and 3-5 degrees on the processor. So, less noise from the laptop and more MHz.

The super cooler for laptops! Initially, the build quality would be worth twice the price. The fan is 23 centimeters, so it pushes a lot of air with zero noise. I was impressed that it has 2 power inputs (mini usb + micro usb) in case the built-in usb hub needs more power. It also has a speed control for the fan, so what else could one ask for? 5 out of 5!

I have one for my work laptop and I got another one for home. It's quite silent, helps with cooling the laptop, and your hand if you use the laptop keyboard. It also has a practical USB hub with 3 ports, where you can connect a keyboard and a mouse if you use an external monitor. For me, it's definitely worth its money without a doubt.

I came to make an update because the bad reviews are really bringing down this database. It has one of the fastest and most powerful fans. I have changed many coolers and this particular one did the best job.

I have had it for over 5 years now. It hasn't had any issues yet, even though I left it abandoned in a closet with humidity for 2 years. It works perfectly and does what it's supposed to do even today.
