  Keep in mind the sizes. I have been wearing Nike size 43 for years. This one is small for me. I don't know if what a friend mentioned above is true, that it happens with cheap Nike models, but I bought the Miler 2 for running and to avoid further damage to my toenail, I only kept it for walking, while I had to return the Renew Run.

  Αγορα στα 50 ευρω.Δεν ξερω τι κανει η συγκεκριμενη εταιρια με τα (φθηνα) της παπουτσια και τα νουμερα της ειναι παρα πολυ στενα.Εχω πελμα στα 26,2 εκατοστα και πριν καποια χρονια επαιρνα παπουτσια της 42 νουμερο που ειναι στα 26,5 εκατοστα και ηταν ανετα,πηρα και καποια αλλα παπουτσια απο τις καλες σειρες που εχει και πραγματικα 42 ηταν οκ.Στις (φθηνες) σειρες το 3 ζευγαρι που περνω 42,5 που ειναι στα 27 εκατοστα και ειναι λιγο σφιχτα και κοντα οπως και τα αλλα.Προσοσχη οποιος το αγορασει 1 νουμερο μεγαλυτερο.Τωρα σαν παπουτσι ενα αξιολογο παπουτσι για την τιμη του.Υφασμα μετριο,διπλο και ψιλοελαστικο με καθολου καλη αναπνοη στο ποδι(εγω παντως με ζεστη δεν θα το φορουσα για τρεξιμο).Γλωσσα με λαστιχο και καθεται καλα χωρις να πιεζει το ποδι.Δεν ειναι για εντονο τρεξιμο μονο για χαλαρο.Σολα ψιλοκαλη και ψιλομαλακη.Καλο πατημα αλλα οχι για τους ανωμαλους δρομους.Πολυ μικρη απορροφηση και καθολου ανταποδη ενεργειας.Η φτερνα εχει αυτο το σχεδιο οπως φαινεται στις φωτο που ειναι πολυ σκληρη εξωτερικα και την κανει λιγο πατωντας το παπουτσι να μν εχει και τοσο καλη αισθηση,οχι πως με χτυπησε αλλα δεν με ενθουσιασε.
