The longer you leave the bottle warmer on, the more it burns. I expected something better from Philips. For example, to reach the right temperature and then automatically maintain it.   I have been using it for almost a month, it takes quite a while to heat up the water, I would like it to be faster. If the water is from the refrigerator, it takes almost 10 minutes. The temperature is ideal, I haven't needed to cool it down. It would also be ideal if it turned off when it reaches the desired temperature so you don't have to be on top of it.

So if you use bottles from another brand, the temperature will not be ideal.   Generally, heaters are a very useful accessory and they solve parents' problems. For me, its proper use is to prepare the baby's meal at the right temperature. I think that turning the intensity to the maximum to heat the water in X minutes loses its purpose. The point is to put the bottle in on time, for example, 15 minutes before the baby gets hungry, based on your experience to find the appropriate temperature setting for the contents of the bottle, and when the baby wants to be fed, take it out of the heater, add the powdered milk (if it is powdered milk), and give it to the baby immediately.

  This specific heater has the advantage that it fits the Avent food containers very well and allows you to warm up its soups. Additionally, with the temperature knob it has, you have many adjustment options.

  Finally, it has proven to be reliable, it has been working almost 24/7 for 2 years now, and the only thing it needs is cleaning from salts (I use white vinegar once every 3 months).
