Where do I start? Those of you who had the second steam with the separate water bowl will understand how useless this thing is! No comparison to the old one! Firstly, it doesn't even produce the same amount of smoke! It takes a long time to do the whole hair and of course, the curl doesn't last! It falls immediately! Zero shine... I wish I had bought a simple private one for €40. It would do the same. Also, it is heavy. No improvement whatsoever. L'Oréal, you disappointed me to the fullest! I'm extremely frustrated! I just wasted €320... I bought it for an upgrade and let me not tell you what I got!

It truly provides long-lasting perfect straightening. Also, my hair is now very soft because it is not being damaged, but definitely also due to the heat protection products.
It is not suitable for curls, of course. They do not hold at all. It is purely and only for straightening, that's why I gave it 4 stars.

Amazing hair straightener! I have curly long hair and it makes them straight with just 2 passes at 180 degrees. Of course, before starting the styling, I use the steampod heat protectant for extra protection and it also makes my hair very soft. It doesn't damage the hair and, on the contrary, with the help of steam, it smooths and protects them!
