Comfortable handles
It features handles with soft material coverings for a comfortable and firm grip. The angles on the handles offer different grips for more comfort and position changes.
Electronically adjustable magnetic resistance
The resistance change is done with the press of a button from the central console. There are 24 resistance levels to choose from and adjust your workout according to your own needs or choose one of the 23 programs available
Flywheel - Magnets
One of the important elements of a stationary bike is its wheel (disc). The disc of the R15 is steel, weighing 7 kilograms, perfectly aligned for a nice and smooth experience. Another element that is very important is its magnets. The quality of the magnets and their correct placement will give you the smooth motion you expect, without those annoying "gaps" like the sticking that cheaper ones do. Crank - Pedals
The XTERRA R15 bike is equipped with a 3-point crank. The bike's pedals are made of soft plastic and also feature a fastening strap for security with every pedal stroke.
Adjustable and comfortable seat
The seat of the R15 bike is made of foam materials, which offer protection and good support. It has a choice of 9 positions and the position adjustment is very easy, by unscrewing the safety lock located on the side of the seat. Adjust the position according to your height to reduce knee strain.
Heart rate sensors
On the right and left of the seat, you will find 2 handles with soft material padding that offer a comfortable and firm grip, while at the ends of the handles you will find the heart rate sensors. The sensors are ergonomically placed so that your hands rest on them in a natural position. This will help you better monitor your workout directly from the bike's screen.
Portability
It features transport wheels to easily and quickly move the bike when you finish your workout, so it doesn't take up space. With the help of the tilt adjusters found on the 2 back ends of the bike, place the bike on any surface.
