The subject of time and space - one of the most fascinating questions that has occupied the minds of people since ancient times - has been addressed only minimally as a biological phenomenon even by experts, mainly neurologists, neurobiologists, and psychologists, and hardly at all by other fields (e.g. philosophers, theologians, etc.). This discussion aims to contribute to the topic with the new book by Thanasis Dinopoulos (Associate Professor at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki) titled "Brain and Time".

We know that we are made of stardust. Every person, every living being on the planet, carries within them the particles that were created at the beginning of the universe, atoms that were forged in the fiery hearts of stars older than the Sun. Who knows, perhaps, that the iron in our red blood cells originated from the explosion of a star? We carry within us the history of the universe and life, meaning we have within us time and space. The universe is a space intertwined with time, and our bodies are also a space, thus intertwined with time.
