Απλά ίσως για κάποιον που δεν έχει κάποιο χρόνιο πρόβλημα και δεδομένου ότι όλα αυτά καλός η κακός περνάνε από τα νεφρά (δική μου εκτίμηση) να γίνεται ένα διάλλειμα ανα κάποιους μήνες. Νομίζω ότι είναι ιδιαίτερα χρήσιμο τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες λόγω της δύναμης του ήλιου.
