They should have issued a product recall and fixed the headset because for their price and the brand, it's shameful that the other person can't hear you at all. After 5-6 hours of use, they left me with good impressions. Very good if someone wants them for gaming, the fact that you don't wear headsets by themselves makes them an ideal choice.
