The composition of the Ultra Granite sink is the result of intensive laboratory testing. It contains almost 80% mineral quartz, the hardest component of granite rocks, which is mixed with specially modified acrylic resins in a perfectly controlled and automated environment. The combination of the composition and the production process ensures the sink's hardness and compactness, its unaltered color, and its high resistance to mechanical stress and chemical attacks.

The installation is inset, meaning it is recessed into the countertop and its lip protrudes. It is the easiest and most common installation for kitchen sinks. Essentially, the weight of the sink is supported by the countertop itself, and there are simply some support points on the bottom for stabilization. The sealing is achieved with insulating material, such as silicone, which is placed around the opening, under the lip.

Aside from the length and width of the sink, you should also check the installation dimensions, or cabinet size. The cabinet size refers to the required space that should be left empty in the cabinet under the sink, so that the sink can be comfortably installed.
