The Inverter technology it features initially makes the air conditioner operate at maximum capacity until the set temperature is reached, and then it operates minimally and continuously, maintaining a stable temperature level in the space. This makes it more efficient combined with low consumption.
It uses the eco-friendly refrigerant R32, which is environmentally friendly and has 68% lower global warming potential compared to R410A. Additionally, R32 can deliver the same thermal power as R410A with 30% less refrigerant, meaning less refrigerant is required per unit. As a result, total carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced by approximately 75%. Another advantage is that R32 is not a mixture but a homogeneous fluid and can be more easily recycled and reused.
The noise produced by its indoor unit is 50 db, so it will not disturb you during its operation.
Ideally, the indoor unit of the air conditioner should be installed at a height of approximately 2 meters, so that the air in the space is distributed evenly, but also placed in such a position that the conditioned air does not fall directly on you.
Additionally, the outdoor unit should be placed in a location that provides easy access for maintenance, but also at a close distance from the indoor unit, which should not exceed 15 meters. The installation positions of the units determine the route and length of the refrigerant pipes, which ideally should be shorter than 8 meters, so that the performance of the air conditioner is not affected.

The outdoor unit (12,000) has been installed on the balcony and I want to emphasize, IT MAKES A LOT OF NOISE! with a corresponding air conditioner (AUX) that I have had for a year now. I have to have the technician come again (90€) to move it further away so I don't hear it. I can't stand it!
There is a problem with the new air conditioner (installed a week ago), as it never stops running no matter how high the temperature is set. In my attempt to contact the company that was purchased from, to ask for the dealership's phone number, they referred me to the service department, where I have been waiting for half an hour in line with priority 5.
For its price, it is very fair and worth the purchase. It is installed in a living room of about 30 square meters in a moderately insulated apartment. It will never drop the temperature below 26 degrees on hot days, so it loses one star for that! Personally, we are comfortable at 27/28 degrees. When the air conditioner reaches these temperatures, its consumption averages around 350w (maximum 1300w). This means that its consumption is negligible, which eliminates the worry of electricity. If you want a tip, use a fan simultaneously, opposite to the airflow of the air conditioner, to greatly assist in the even distribution of air in the room, and you will also feel slightly cooler at 27/28 degrees! For those who don't know, a fan consumes about 50w, which is completely negligible, but it will significantly reduce the machine's burning. Also, get a power consumption meter for the outlet to monitor its consumption in all conditions and learn to use the air conditioner correctly and economically! As for noise, the indoor unit is almost silent and won't bother you. The outdoor unit is not as quiet, I would say it's moderate, but who cares! ALSO, something very important: at night, when we go to sleep during hot days, we leave the door open to let the heat escape from the bedroom, which the air conditioner does, but of course, we also have the fan as assistance! After a while, you will cover yourself without even realizing it!!! I don't have an opinion on heating yet... I hope I helped!
It's a shame that I bought the air conditioner based on the good reviews. It's the worst. My old twenty-year-old air conditioner is far superior. Even at 16 degrees and on turbo mode, it just blows cool air like Dyson floor fans. Tragic cooling performance. I wish I had invested my money in something better.
An excellent air conditioner, don't be surprised by its low price, it's incredible, economical, trouble-free, it has been working non-stop for days, in the living room and also in the bedroom. It is one of the best purchases I have made. Easy installation, it includes all the accessories in the box, a plug for water drainage, two drainage pipes, wide white tape, screws, etc. Well done. We chose it based on the reviews and we were really satisfied. It's worth its money. Quite normal with the noise, a fan I think sounds louder than the air conditioner. We have placed it in the living room which is 50 sq.m and it really cools it down in 3 minutes on low. Also, the coolness reaches inside the kitchen as well so as you can understand it covers quite a few square meters. Obviously, it doesn't have the temperature of the living room but you can sit and eat like a human at least.
In less than a year, using it once or twice a week, it broke, and now we are baking. It performed well during the winter, but it didn't survive the second summer.

It's incredible. Very economical, with excellent performance, we installed two in a 90 sq.m. house, a nine and a twelve thousand BTU. One in the living room and one in the children's room. I inform you that it sends cooling throughout the house. From the children's room it goes to the other room and the hallway, and from the living room it goes to the kitchen and the entrance. Unbelievable. And all this at 26-26 degrees on a low setting.
The best I have seen for their price and performance. In the very high temperatures we had recently, it was on continuously for three days. It didn't even complain, it didn't even struggle, flawless. It left me speechless.
I am absolutely satisfied and compared to the previous Daikin we had, which costs three times as much, I didn't see any difference. I might even say it's quieter.

Three 9,000 BTU units have been installed in my mother's house and one 18,000 BTU unit in mine, and we have had them for a year now.
Essentially, you are buying an air conditioner at half the price or even one-third compared to others on the market.
They perform excellently in both heating and cooling with very economical energy consumption.
For example, today it is 39°C outside, the 18,000 BTU air conditioner is in the living room of a 117 sqm house, with closed doors between rooms and the kitchen, and I have set it to 26°C with the fan speed on automatic.
My thermometer is on the other side of the living room, and before turning on the air conditioner, the temperature was 31.5°C. After an hour of operation, it is now 26.5°C and it maintains that temperature while working on the medium fan speed from the automatic setting, essentially quietly if you consider the size of the living room and the fact that the air reaches the entire hallway, which is also large.
With better airflow adjustment, someone can easily sleep in the rooms with a fan and still feel the coolness. Personally, I have units from another brand that were purchased earlier.

18000 Btu. Currently quite quiet both inside and outside. It cools the whole house, usually I put it in the living room but the cooling goes to both bedrooms even though I have a second one of a different brand in one bedroom. I will come back for updates
Very beautiful for the space, and a little shorter in length than the photos. I wanted to put it in this room because the living room one is an old 12, and it didn't cover me (even though it still works), meaning the temperature difference in the two rooms was significant! It only covers the living room and the air that goes into the bedroom is minimal, resulting in feeling the heat above you. Due to the fact that I am on the 2nd floor and there is a terrace above, but in any case. What I got is a 9 and I think it is the most economical solution I have found. I always wondered why air conditioners are so expensive. Especially the installation is very expensive.
I usually have it at 23-24 and it reaches the temperature quickly if you put it on turbo. Then I have it on automatic fan speed and it maintains it with some variations of course.
One observation is that when it reaches the temperature, you don't realize that it "shuts off", meaning the external unit stops (which you don't even realize is working sometimes), and the internal unit keeps blowing air continuously. However, the air it blows at that moment has a strange smell...
Also, it is not as mute as described.
Lastly, it has a problem: When it reaches the temperature, it does not activate again to maintain it! For example, I set it to 24, and when it reaches it, and goes up again, something happens and it does not activate. A recent example is having it at 24, reaching it, and then after a few hours, the space has 26 degrees...

Έχω το 24αρι σε χώρο 50τμ. Καλοκαίρι τώρα με 35+ βαθμούς έξω, το έχω αναμμένο σταθερά στους 28 και η ψύξη του είναι πολύ καλή. Παρόλα αυτά ενώ είναι inverter, δεν το ακουώ να σταματάει κάποια στιγμή όταν πχ λογικά θα πιάσει τους 28 βαθμούς. Γιατί το κάνει αυτό; Μήπως δε πιάνει ποτέ θερμοκρασία; Παρόλα αυτά και την μέρα να μην έπιανε την θερμοκρασία, το βράδυ που πέφτει η θερμοκρασία και εγώ συνεχίζω να το έχω στους 28, δεν θα έπρεπε τουλάχιστον τότε να πιάνει θερμοκρασία λόγο inverter και να σταματάει;
