The only thing that doesn't work is that the switch doesn't turn all the way to 6. It stops between 4 and 6. I don't know if the others do the same.

Amazing grill, powerful and user-friendly. It is easy to clean and the grill grate is fantastic with the handles to prevent burns. It is extremely easy to use and I saw in the instructions that there is also a non-stick plate available, so I bought it and it made grilling fish even easier. The surface is Greek, high-quality and perfect for my family's needs. Overall, I have trusted the company's other products as well and they have all been durable and performed exceptionally well. I broke one of its components and contacted the factory, and they were helpful and quick, not something outrageous as someone mentioned. They charged me around 4-5 euros for a plastic component, which is a perfectly satisfactory cost.

After a few months, part of the resistance came off. I went to the store where I placed my order and they told me that the warranty is provided by the manufacturer and they did not take any responsibility.

The plastic construction makes the grill extremely bulky compared to the useful cooking surface.
Small cooking surface compared to the overall volume of the device.
Low cooking intensity (you always have to set the maximum temperature to cook something quickly and thoroughly).
The baking tray corrodes in the dishwasher after a while, it should be made of stainless steel.

The meats do not take color, they dehydrate and never cook due to the thermostat. Charcoal is the only way or gas grills, do not waste your money on electric devices.

I constantly have it on the counter and I constantly grill steaks, burgers, fish for my kids and myself. The grill has been convenient for me because it comes out whole and also has the added bonus of not burning me, but I can adjust it to the height I want from the resistance selection that I didn't have in others. Of course, with such frequent use, it fortunately dissolves and fits in the sink and dishwasher. Another plus is that with the crystal, it is beautiful. Excellent value for money

I am a big meat lover and demanding when it comes to grilling. After a lot of research, I ended up with this device that grills like charcoal! It works very simply, with a thermostat, not just for decoration. You put water underneath and the meat becomes juicy and well-cooked very quickly. I have it for a while now, as all the parts can be placed in the dishwasher and it is always impeccable, not like the others that become greasy and nothing comes off. I had a stainless steel one before, not from this company, with a heating element on top that burns like hell and turns yellow.
A beautiful and useful machine finally, and Greek. It also has an automatic switch on the handle so that it can be operated or not in the put-in-take-out mode

The negative aspect of it is the weight sensor it has. Essentially, it is a spring that does not make good contact but is visible and easily corrected by adjusting its inclination.

In two words: wasted money.
First of all, it doesn't cook well. The meats NEVER get any color. NEVER, I tell you!

And the best part? It broke! It doesn't make contact and the switch doesn't work. When I called them to tell them, they told me that I didn't put enough water in the tray... unbelievable. I could have poured so much water into the tray.
Now I have to find time to take it to the trash.
