It really works wonders! An 8-centimeter cut from a thyroidectomy, completely poorly stitched, the skin did not match the skin and the inner tissue was visible. I cannot speak for major wounds. My experience was once with a scar from a stitch on a soft skin area and the second time with a small scratch on my face from my pet. Both scars were small in size, like a pimple. And both times, I felt that this cream did nothing. Apart from protecting the surface of the wound, the healing process did not improve at all. Especially with the scratch, I thought it would help heal faster than the stitch, but I did not see the scar fading away, but rather it was delayed. Maybe A derma duo would be more beneficial, as it promotes regeneration and helps with discoloration.

If your incision is well stitched, then the cream will help you a lot in its healing.. if not, like what happened to me in the first surgery, then it has no results.. I used it 2-3 times a day for about six months.. the scar from my thyroidectomy is healing smoothly this time..
