Description

Every year, about twenty people disappear from cruise ships in the open sea. None of them has ever reappeared. Until now...

Martin Schwartz, a secret agent of the police, lost his wife and son five years ago, who were traveling on the cruise ship "Sultan of the Seas", and no one was able to tell him exactly what happened.

Since then, Martin has been a wreck and tries to forget his pain by participating in deadly dangerous secret missions of the police. During one such operation, he receives a call from a strange elderly woman, who claims to be a thriller writer. She tells him that he must board the "Sultan" at all costs, as there is evidence about what happened to his own family.

Martin had no intention of ever setting foot on a ship again, but he eventually does. Thus, he learns that a girl who had disappeared from the cruise ship a few weeks ago has reappeared - and she was holding his son's teddy bear in her arms...

Stunning!!! With this book, I complete the cycle called Fitzek as I have read them all. I can say that this is one of the best. Easy to read with a nice plot that doesn't make you bored at all.

Generally, I am "difficult" with books, usually giving up on them after the first 20-30 pages. This is the first time I am reading Fitzeck and I would say I am more of a fan of other genres such as fantasy, sci-fi, etc. I read the 470 pages in less than 48 hours.
