The package includes instructions with many ways to download it. I couldn't do it, for example, with the first way and I did it with one of the other ways. In conclusion, for the money I spent compared to what I got, it is a very good and nice solution especially when there are much more expensive options to have Apple Carplay and Android Auto. The connection and overall use are not instantaneous, but it is sufficient for what it is!
