I have had them for a year and the mute button has broken since the 6th month. They can connect both via Bluetooth and with a receiver, which is good, but there are the following problems: the sound is terrible when connected via Bluetooth, and if you lose the receiver and need to get another one, it costs 50 euros. Overall, they are comfortable to use and can be worn for many hours without discomfort.

The software of SteelSeries is a different story. It categorizes applications into media gaming chat, and from the Windows, you choose to listen to one of them. So every time, I have to put all the applications into one category in order to hear everything from the headphones, and this is mainly the reason why I would not buy SteelSeries headphones again.
