I received the bicycle (without having a tracking number, but I trust skroutz) in excellent condition and carefully packaged. Easy assembly, but there is a corresponding video, manual, and if needed, assistance from skroutz staff (especially I give 5 stars). The bicycle is very powerful. I live in an area with many good uphill roads, and now they all became straight. I definitely recommend it.
Potential buyers of the product should be aware that there is no possibility of obtaining the necessary documentation for the subsidy from the "Moving Electrically" program. This notification should have been made from the beginning by skrutz, which, however, later disclaims responsibility, because "the supplier is abroad!!! Personally, for this reason, I am forced to return the product.
