Perfect application on iPhone 4S. As for the packaging, apart from the glass, it includes a liquid and a dry cloth for screen cleaning. However, it does not include adhesive guides and stickers for removing lint after cleaning with the wipes. I did not notice any problem with touch and the screen is clean after applying the glass. I don't have an opinion on durability since I just received the product.
