Purchased for 30€ including shipping, as an affordable multi-purpose tool that offers many functions at this price without compromising on quality. It comes with a fabric case in a well-presented cardboard box.
Tac Maven is a brand of the famous Greek company Pentagon, known for its security equipment, which is making a strong entry into the multi-tools market, in addition to its clothing and military bags. Tac Maven products are of high quality.
Anyone who holds it in their hands will think it costs over 80€, it is truly a good purchase, better than a Leatherman since Leatherman tools, although they offer slightly better quality and durability, cost 5 to 6 times more than this one, and there is also the risk of losing or having them stolen. They are essentially very expensive for the functions they provide. Victorinox, of course, is in a league of its own in terms of quality and has a disappointingly high cost, as everything they produce is truly timeless.
Let's talk about the Tac Maven Gunnar (a new brand in multi-tools) which, for me, is a must-have value-for-money multitool (perfect for technicians, camping, military use, outdoor adventures, amateurs, and professionals), made with quality metals 440 and 420.
    - The knife comes satisfactorily sharp (passes the A4 paper test) and from what I can see, it will be easy to sharpen in the future, just like the very good scissors, which can cut several sheets at once.
    - The pliers are very good, strong enough from the first use (I would like the tips to be a bit thicker, but even as they are, I have no issues). A big positive is the replaceable wire cutters, which can easily cut cables and wires, etc. (Note: if they are steel wires or nails, they may wear out prematurely and lose their cutting edge).
    - The file has a numbered spike at the back and a satisfactory awl with a hole on top for makeshift sewing.
    - The screwdrivers at this price are satisfactory, I don't know if they will withstand heavy use.
    - The saw cuts wood of similar size.
A big positive is that all the tools lock, making it more user-friendly and safer.
As for durability, time will tell how it holds up.

Kids, very powerful tool! Made from quite good metals for its price. Everything works perfectly, especially the scissors and the knife, they come sharper compared to leatherman! The knife and the scissors are made of stainless steel 440A. The rest is made of stainless steel 420. It comes with a belt pouch, oiled and ready to use!
Also, you can buy an adapter for the screwdriver to use any bit you want!
***The regular maintenance of such tools is cleaning after each use, loosening and oiling quite often, like I do with the leatherman surge, but this specific one is so cheap that I don't go through such procedures! Sharpening the knife is as easy as with 420hc knives, so you won't encounter any problem...

As a start, I am quite satisfied since I use it wherever needed without any problems. Compared to a leatherman, it has nothing to envy, maybe the price difference will show in more difficult conditions. Anyway, it is very beautiful, practical, and heavy in the hand, 265 gr.
