The watch worked fine for 20 days. Then it had a problem with the screen, which was unresponsive to touch. After a restart, it worked fine for two days and then completely died. After contacting the representative (info quest), they told me that based on the S/N, the watch is indeed genuine but the warranty is not covered due to it being imported from a country outside the European Union (Indonesia)
