  First of all, they are activated when you buy it
  You have to press the DOWN button and make pauses
  Also, with the UP button, you have to deactivate all the PRESET ALARMS A1 pauses A2 pauses A3..........and the 8 pauses until the indicator light in front of the ALARM goes off

  Excellent watch. It has a stand for tabletop support but also has a slot at the back to hang it on the wall. But the best part is that if there is a power outage, it doesn't lose the time!! It has a built-in watch battery. It shows the date, day, time, and the thermometer shows a relative temperature. So don't expect perfect room temperature measurement, but it will adjust somewhat accordingly.

  POSITIVE: The multiple alarms.
  NEGATIVE: The notification PLAYS musical songs every hour, and you can even wake up at night even if it is far away! I don't know who thought of this stupid idea.....
  The nice thing is that at 1 o'clock it gives 1 beep, at 2 o'clock it gives 2 beeps, and so on.
