WARNING if you have a SAMSUNG!

I ordered and received the stand along with a SAMSUNG TV, just before Easter (2020). I realized that I couldn't fit it on the TV. So I started searching on the internet and ended up on the website of the Soundstar dealership (?) where it states "* If your TV model requires larger screws than those included, such as Samsung, please contact us..."
To make a long story short, I called them three times. The first time a lady answered, took my details, and said that she would inform the technicians and send me the screws I needed free of charge. The second time they told me that due to the quarantine there were delays and to call them after 14/5/2020. The third time they told me that they had already sent me the screws and even without charge (doing me a favor) before even realizing who I am. After clarifying that as well, the technician said that he will check it and inform me.
Since then, they still haven't updated me. It's not about the cost of the screws, I believe I will find them. I am mentioning this comment regarding their overall behavior, especially since they specifically mention SAMSUNG on their website.
