This book aims to contribute to the proper preparation of students in the 1st grade of high school in the subject of Modern Greek Language. Adapted to the new teaching needs and evaluation framework, it is a structured proposal for teaching and examining the subject.

Specifically, it includes:
- The theory of the school book, in a vivid and concise manner.
- Answers to the exercises of the school book. Often, alternative answers are provided for a question, so that the student can make comparisons and approach the language teaching more critically.
- Supplementary exercises that correspond to the typology of the exercises in the school book.
- Topics for short tests as well as topics for two-hour evaluation criteria, which are aligned with the new spirit of examinations, as reflected in the questions of the Question Bank. The book also includes topics from the Question Bank and provides indicative answers.
- Answers to all supplementary exercises and evaluation criteria.
- Appendix with the most important new data of language teaching (appropriateness of style, effectiveness).
