Its cooling performance is average with a temperature of 16 and high speed. It cannot be compared to wall air conditioners. The insulation of the pipe and the components that close the opening of the door or window are extra but absolutely necessary.

Well, it has the classic problems with a) because it exhausts air outside the house, due to the pressure difference, air enters from outside into the house, b) the farther it is from the hole in the window (yes, hole), the larger portion of the pipe is inside the house, resulting in a large part of the heat dissipating into the space.

For the first issue, there is no solution; the unit should have a second connection from outside to inside to bring in air from outside.

For the second issue, I have placed the unit on a base about 1m high, resulting in the pipe being only 40cm in the space, and I have added a second external pipe (54713802) to the pipe that came with it, with very good results.
