After about 4 years of suffering since I entered menopause with pain in my hips and knees, I found relief with this product. I am on my 3rd box and the difference is significant. I take it in the morning on an empty stomach.

The skin appears moisturized and radiant. I did not notice any differences in the joints. Additionally, I noticed that my hair is thicker and my nails are stronger. Another advantage is its price.

The expensive injections I had on my knees due to osteoarthritis cannot be compared to this cheap and highly effective Greek product.... Note that it requires a lot of patience for its action to begin, i.e., it takes 3 months for the first improvement and 6 months for complete pain relief!!
