Everything is good with the product, tasteless and mixes well either in water or in protein. What else can you ask for from a simple creatine? It is 3g per serving instead of 5 that I see in other companies but I don't think it will make a difference.

Μπορείς να την χρησιμοποιήσεις για πολύ καιρό και 6 μηνο!! εάν οι δώσεις σου είναι μέχρι 5mg. 3mg είναι το ελάχιστο που μπορείς να βάλεις για να δεις αποτέλεσμα!! Εάν βάλεις 2 φορές θα βάλεις μια 20-30 λεπτά πριν και μια αμέσως μετά! Σε χυμό πορτοκάλι πάντα η Κρεατίνη κατά προτίμηση για να απορροφηθεί αμέσως στον μυ σου!!

Πρόσφατα έχω ξεκινήσει γυμναστήριο λόγω ότι με βοηθάει πολύ στην υγεία μου. (έχω διαβήτη τύπου 1). Παίρνω τη συγκεκριμένη κρεατίνη κι έχω δει διαφορά.. Η ερώτηση μου είναι η εξής: έχει ουσία να παίρνω και πρωτείνη? Θέλω να πω... η πρωτείνη περιέχει μέσα και κρεατίνη ή είναι άσχετο το ένα με το άλλο? .... Σόρυ για τις χαζές ερωτήσεις!! Είμαι εντελώς άσχετος με το θέμα!
Αν πάρω και πρωτείνη θα δω επιπλέον διαφορά? Δεν με ενδιαφέρει το body building ή να έχω ένα σουπερ ντουπερ σώμα.. απλώς να έχω ένα καλοσχηματισμένο σώμα (αν το λέω σωστά). Είμαι 47 χρονών.
