I don't have much knowledge about fitness products, however, for simple home use, it seems fine to me after months of use. Easy to assemble, light enough to carry around, but also sturdy when sitting on it. It doesn't look cheap. One negative point I give it is the very square part where the user sits, and in some exercises, it puts quite a bit of pressure on the legs to the point of causing pain during the exercises.

I have been using this bench for a month now. I had some weights and it helped me a lot to do new exercises as well as to improve the ones I was already doing.
It is a very good choice for a beginner or someone who wants a cheap and user-friendly basic bench for home.
It is also easily stored and takes up little space

Good bench for basic use, of course the seat is not adjustable and the screws may need tightening after a certain period of time.
