  Very satisfied with the purchase. The quality is not the best considering it costs about 10€, but it is a stable and reliable base. It is also very user-friendly because the clamps open automatically with the press of a button on the back of the base, so it's not difficult to put in a large phone or GPS, etc. The clamps have a thick sponge padding all around and do not harm the device they support. Additionally, it has support legs for those who place their devices upright.

  The mechanism that automatically opens the clamps malfunctions. Sometimes it opens normally (rarely) and sometimes you have to press the button and manually open the clamps (almost always!). Other than that, it's okay!
