I give it 3 stars because they eat it without complaining and their stools are the right consistency. However, my puppy scratches his ears every time he eats it. Also, I didn't see any improvement in his coat except when I supplemented with salmon oil. Overall, it is a medium-quality food. The previous brand I chose at the same price seemed more high-quality.
