I believe that it might be one of the best "healthy" toothpastes and my wife and I are very pleased. Regarding the whitening, I wouldn't say it does anything special, but I didn't expect much in that area.
It is a deterrent for those seeking vegan toothpaste.
Supplementary advice: Those of you who have friends from England, ask them to bring you tooth gel with sdf (silver diamine fluoride). In England, it is sold as OTC (over the counter) and studies show that it does such a good job on cavities that in many cases it replaces the need for fillings! It reverses damage to the tooth (where possible).

Very good product, especially compared to the well-known equivalents that are often advertised on television. It has a very nice taste and there is a significant difference in the level of cleanliness.

I decided to also buy the mouthwash, as I found it at a good price. I haven't used them for a long time, just a couple of weeks, but they do a pretty good job. My teeth don't have any issues, I don't smoke, and I don't have any specific gum problems to know how it works in those cases. It leaves a gentle freshness, nothing special, but just the fact that it has Aloe, Tea Tree oil, mint, etc., covers me because it's different from the many "laboratory-made" ones that others have. Ideal for pregnant women, as far as I know, and at a very good price!
It is an average toothpaste for me. It is good for nighttime use because it doesn't have a strong taste. However, it doesn't clean my teeth well and it doesn't have a whitening effect. It has good ingredients, of course, but it didn't suit the job I wanted it for!
