Recommended Dosage

  • Take one (1) tablet daily as a dietary supplement for adults, preferably with meals.

    Very high content of correct forms of vitamins. However, the tablet is large but easy to swallow. It has a high content of B vitamins and due to this fact, it colors urine green fluorescent. It is better to take it in the morning as it provides a lot of energy and causes insomnia. Nails and hair are smoother and stronger after fifteen days.
