The initial D3 was at 16 and I started with 2000 units from the company and in about 1.5 months it reached 28, then I continued with 4000 units for about 2 months for it to continue to rise equally fast because as the levels of the vitamin rise, small doses are almost like maintenance... Καλό θα ήταν να κάνεις εξετάσεις πρώτα να δεις τα επίπεδά σου. Σύμφωνα με τα λεγόμενά σου η 1300IU δεν θα σου κάνει τπτ. Για να αποκτήσεις επάρκεια, θέλει πολλά περισσότερα IU. Θα πρέπει να στο συστήσει ο γιατρός σου, και για ποσότητα και για χρονικό διάστημα που πρέπει να τα πάρεις.
Μήπως φέρνει ερεθισμό στο στομάχι γιατί έχω γαστριτιδα και πάλινδρομηση?
