I bought it a year ago and I was excited at first. It was very powerful, hot air that dried my hair in no time. However, before the time was up, it suddenly stopped emitting hot air and only released cold and lukewarm air. The first and second temperature settings were frozen and the third one was just warm. I was not satisfied.

Unfortunately, I regret it because 1) It is heavy and tires the hand. 2) It is too powerful, it quickly dries the hair but also burns it. 3) During and after use, the plastic parts burn, so you can't touch it. 4) During use, you feel a lukewarm air in your hands as if the plastic parts are not properly attached.
