Guys, in order to dissolve it, first we pour the water and then the protein. If you put the protein first and then the water, you will drink pieces. The taste of the chocolate I got was not the best but not the worst either. It does the job though. I would buy it again.

The worst thing... If you don't want to get hurt, stay away from it. I bought it because of good reviews and made the mistake of not seeing how much sugar it has: 13.5 grams per scoop, 27 grams per serving, which is about 6 teaspoons of sugar. This thing is simply undrinkable, it's excessively sweet. It's not that difficult to gain weight by drinking it with such a large amount of sugar. It also bloated my stomach and affected me gastrointestinally. Truly a waste of money. It was thrown away after being tried 3 times.

  The taste is very sweet with milk. I do not recommend it to people taking it for the first time. Initially, it does not dissolve easily in a shaker by hand, it needs a blender to melt. Otherwise, you have to shake it in the shaker for 10 minutes and still have pieces. Also, the scoop is huge and this one says 50g of protein for two scoops. Where the two scoops are a whole shaker, not even the milk fits. Finally, even with one scoop that I put, I cannot eat anything else for two hours. It bloats me a lot due to the calories it has. Buy it at your own risk.

  I ended up choosing this specific protein because it was recommended to me since I wanted to gain volume. But they didn't tell me the negatives.
  Firstly, it doesn't dissolve easily at all, especially in a shaker, so don't even bother. It will leave big chunks even if the shaker has a mesh.
  Secondly, I tried it with a blender first and then with a frappe mixer. In both cases, I noticed that out of 100%, about 35% or a little more is just foam. It's not drinkable, unless you let it settle first and then drink it, but what's the point if you don't get it on time.
  Other than that, yes, I have gained weight as I wanted, but this is mainly due to the high sugar content in the protein.

  This is not a protein used for pure muscle volume, it is used for people with high dietary needs that cannot be met by their diet. For example, even though I was taking whey, after a surgery in the oral area where I couldn't eat almost anything, I was getting my calories that I couldn't otherwise.
  I have seen it being used by soldiers who also don't eat well all day and run. In such cases, it becomes an excellent choice. In short,

  Kids, you gain weight with this formula because besides having everything in it and giving you strength and a lot of intensity, it also has a lot of calories and sugar. (It's like eating a cake in every shake.)

  That's why you may have noticed that the weight is temporary and as soon as you stop it, you lose it. Because you no longer consume as many calories and they go away...

  I believe that if you want to take it, at first you should take a little more than you need but have cut out the extra sugar, and then stop this protein and take a clean type like whey isolate and so on, and do your job correctly and relatively healthy. Also, the price difference says it all compared to an isolate... 65€ for 4.5 kg while a whey has 65€ for 2 kg...

  I also consider it unhealthy and many have noticed changes in their behavior like irritability and such. I do not recommend it for teenagers who don't gain weight no matter how much they eat. Take pure protein and go to bed early...
