Humidity and temperature need calibration (it has 2 screws on the back for this purpose) !!!

So you need another hygrometer and thermometer to calibrate them, and several attempts as you have to leave it still after calibration for 5-10 minutes to see if you succeeded in calibration and make minor adjustments !!! (This is because it is slow to change its reading and ... you don't want to breathe on it)

But after calibration, the temperature has good accuracy (±0.5 ℃) and the humidity has satisfactory accuracy (±2%), better than what the manual claims.

However, it is sensitive to shaking, so it needs to be in a stable place.
On the positive side,
- it doesn't need batteries
- the new version can be hung on the wall at a 30-degree angle, making it easier to read.

Furthermore, the new version was better calibrated than the factory one

Cheap fake construction. Accuracy varies (I've had it for 1-2 months). Contrary to what other users say, I don't find the screen easily readable for reading room temperatures. I mean, okay, if you want to distinguish temperatures roughly between -30 to 50, it is indeed very readable. But if you want to read room temperatures from 18 to 23, you have to get very close to see the difference, like a regular mercury thermometer.   I bought 5 pieces and put them all together in different conditions to see how their measurements match.
  They all showed very little difference. And comparing them with the electronic Thermometer/Hygrometer that I have, it confirmed the measurements. For the small differences, both the Thermometer and the Hygrometer have a small screw at the back to adjust it.

  It's not worth it!! Firstly, it is bigger than my palm, something that is not apparent from the pictures, and secondly, you need to have another point of comparison for temperature and humidity and then adjust it on the thermometer... in other words, it doesn't measure on its own, you have to adjust it yourself first!!!
