They told us they would send us a new mechanism, we waited for 40 days (obviously it would come from Italy). Until we brought back the plumber but it cost us 50 euros and we were able to fix it by buying another mechanism and we discovered that the screw ring holding on to the body is also problematic. The result is that we have been left with a faulty faucet for 40 days, we open the valves below to wash by placing a towel because it drips and as soon as we finish we close the valves again. Now we have to send it back to the store from where they will send it to Italy to fix it and send it back again, so it will probably take another two months for it to arrive.
