The "safety" provided by this specific power strip is "childproof". It is a common power strip that does not protect sensitive electrical devices from lightning and power supply network problems. If you are looking for a power strip with protection against voltage fluctuations, then this is not suitable.

The plug sockets (either angled or straight) "click" very well and do not come out of their position even if you place them vertically.
The only negative aspect is that it is not spacious enough to accommodate bulky chargers or small devices in all the slots.
Another negative aspect is that it does not have an indicator light to show that the protection is active, but considering its price, this seems like an extra feature.
At this price, it is an excellent purchase and I highly recommend it.
I have it for about 3 years. I have a computer with an i7 and 1060, a heater to warm up the room (correspondingly a fan in the summer), and 2 monitors and speakers. It fully meets my needs for heavy usage and charges power banks, etc. with the USB ports. It has not presented any problems or caused any damage. I would say it is quite stable and powerful
