Όπως απαντήθηκε θέλει μπαταρίες Makita 18V. Λίγη προσοχή στο εξής: υπάρχουν δύο σειρές μπαταριών Makita 18V, οι πιο διαδεδομένες LXT και οι λιγότερο δημοφιλείς G-Series. Οι δεύτερες είναι συνήθως λευκές και απ' όσο ξέρω δεν ταιριάζουν στο σκουπάκι, ούτε στα υπόλοιπα εργαλεία της σειράς LXT.
