It did its job well for as long as it worked. Stopped, like many others, suddenly stopped working 4-5 months after the warranty expired. Its parts are very expensive.

Unacceptable both the toothbrush and the company's policy!!!! I bought this product when it was first released for the price of 300 euros. After 4 years, it suddenly stopped working (it wouldn't rotate) even though it showed that it was charging properly. In my communication with the company's service, they informed me that beyond the 2-year warranty, they do not undertake to repair the product or provide me with a new one!!!
So, I ask: is it possible for an expensive model to tell me that after 4 or 5 years I should throw away 300 or 200 or 150 euros just because you are terrible at after-sales service? UNACCEPTABLE!!
DO NOT buy such models from this specific company (Braun), because I, like many others here, wasted our money on garbage!!!

Unacceptable model. I made the purchase on 08-07-2021 and every 6 months, while the battery was fully charged, it would stop working. Every 6 months, I would send it to the service and the company would send me a new model after 1 month. Of course, the 2-year warranty has expired, and after receiving the latest one a few days ago, it also stopped working with a full battery. I paid 95.90€ for nothing.

In 2.5 years, it stopped working one day or rotating, it's the model 3771 which with a quick search you will see others with the same issue! It had an expiration date from the manufacturer and it was very expensive! At that time, it didn't have the +1 year warranty that they now offer through their website! I found a solution on my own from a video on YouTube and if you have the skills, it requires a fuse or a simple fix with a small iron. Otherwise, you throw away 139 euros, that's how much I bought it for from Kotso... 3 local stores refused to repair it. I didn't deal with oralb's customer service at all. I hope this helps

I have had it for many years now, definitely 4, maybe even more. Its autonomy has not decreased at all and it has never had any issues. The cleaning quality is excellent, just like the first day.

It broke after 8 months. The body of the toothbrush was replaced by Braun Service. I hope it lasts longer...
Edit 1/10/2023: It broke again. It's going to be thrown away...

1 year after the purchase, the battery broke. The company replaced the package with expedited procedures. Well done

Simply perfect.. I believe that before I didn't brush my teeth.
I bought the corresponding ones for my wife, myself, and my children according to their age.

The toothbrush is indeed of excellent quality from the packaging to the replacement head! The only thing that would need improvement is the application on the phone that tracks exactly where you brush your teeth. If the reason you are purchasing it is to do this with the app, do not have high expectations. The monitoring of where you brush in the mouth is not so immediate. But in any case, the toothbrush is the best for cleaning your teeth!

I do not regret the money I spent, as if I didn't brush my teeth before.. tremendous construction, sturdy and very promising!
Update 10/21: My toothbrush broke without me knowing the reason. It may be due to the fact that I work on a commercial ship and the voltage constantly fluctuates, which may have burned the toothbrush (rare), but I paid 140€ and within a year the toothbrush broke and I have to spend a generous amount again.

It does a very good job of cleaning teeth!!! It is something worth it for the oral hygiene of our teeth!
