The "Bio-Mushroom Soup with Vegetables" is based on the ancient Greek recipe of trahana. We replaced the egg and milk with powder from the spicy mushroom Lentinula and prepared a fine-grained wholemeal trahana.

The mixture is complemented with ORGANIC dried vegetables and mushrooms, where only 5 minutes of boiling are enough to make a wonderful Mediterranean mushroom soup. It does not contain salt or flavor additives, only natural ingredients. It is an easy, quick, and healthy meal. It is an excellent source of proteins, plant fibers, and is low in fat and low glycemic index.

In our packaging, you will find 5 simple preparation steps. You can boil it in vegetable broth or coconut milk (for vegans) or in chicken broth. You can also mix it in a filling for stuffed vegetables or in chickpea stew.
