I put them in the fog lights and I will compare them to the Philips extreme that I have in the headlights since both are HB3/HB4. Let me clarify that I have had them for 1 week, so I don't have an opinion on their durability.

Positives:
+ They seem to be of good quality and sturdy in hand.
+ Price is 1/3 of the Philips.
+ Same color, so the kelvin rating is accurate.
+ They don't give me a burnt bulb indication, so the canbus is working correctly.

Negatives:
- I can hear the fan when the engine is not running, while with the others, I don't hear anything.
- They claim to have 10000lm per pair, so each one is 5000lm, while the Philips have 1850lm each. However, I see minimal difference between them, so the 10000lm is definitely not realistic.
- They are Chinese (not that the Philips are not made in China, but they have a reputation, after all).

In conclusion, considering the price, accepting the sound from the fan, and the possibility that they may burn out earlier than the others, I would install them again
