Purchased on 2/10. Initial experience was very good. Fast, clean android, satisfactory photos, although the screen is LCD, it has good brightness even in sunlight. Of course, it's not OLED or AMOLED, but it will only be a problem in direct sunlight. Sound is very good. Overall, I was satisfied until the 4th-5th day when I needed to use the hotspot, which is essential for me. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. Neither with updates nor with factory reset. Other providers and SIM cards were tested, but no solution. The devices either connect without internet or don't connect at all. Unfortunately, I later discovered that the hotspot issue is a big problem in many Motorola models. Visit Lenovo's support forum (which acquired Motorola) and you will understand. Motorola g73, g72, g82, g84 edge 30, edge 30 fusion, edge 30 ultra, etc. have a problem.
The funny thing is that the only solution suggested by Motorola's online technical support, after trying all the settings and changes, is a factory reset, which is not a solution since it sometimes works (in some models) and sometimes doesn't. It didn't work for me. I am waiting for a response from Motorola's official service.
For me, it's a big no, because in terms of software support, it may be worse than Xiaomi.
Update 26/10/2023:
The phone finally has a problem with the motherboard, as stated by the authorized service of procordia. There is no available replacement and I would have to wait for 15 days. I requested a technical report for Dead on Arrival since the phone went to the service on the 5th day of use, with the goal of device replacement, but both the purchasing store and the service cannot come to an agreement, each blaming the other. I requested to speak with the responsible person at the service and clarify when a device is considered Dead on Arrival, maybe I haven't understood it well... No communication...
The store says that the supplier cannot accept the report in the way it is written as Dead on Arrival, and the service says that the supplier should accept this report and cannot change it!!! We are literally playing with words!!!
Conclusion? I returned the device again, forced to wait for a motherboard replacement and hopefully have the phone within a reasonable timeframe.
For me, it's a zero for this particular purchasing store, as well as the authorized service for after-sales support. Never again, clearly lacking professionalism.
Update 17/11/2023: I spoke with the service as I noticed that the status of my device still showed waiting for the replacement from the supplier. To my surprise, they told me that the repair has been delayed because their supplier brought the wrong replacement (motherboard!!) and that I would have to wait a little longer.
They informed me in writing for the first time, apologizing for the 10-day delay (which in reality was 20), and that by the end of next week (November 24th) they would receive the replacement.
Update 23/11/2023: They called me to inform me that the device is ready... I initially couldn't believe it! Finally, I received it and everything seems to be okay.
Overall conclusion for me: I will not choose this company again, solely based on the issue of after-sales support, which is well below average. And because I have worked in the field in the past, the negatives clearly go to the management of procordia and not to its technical employees.
