Review this product

Coming from Daymare 1998, I had my doubts about the quality of the Sequel (prequel in reality) despite the very good reviews I had heard. Fortunately, my concerns disappeared as we are talking about a very good title and an exceptional sequel in all aspects. The story takes place 4 years before the first Daymare and we take on the role of Dalila, who works for the organization Hades, which was also present in the previous game.
The plot goes beyond a simple mission gone wrong and ends up being something more personal for the protagonist, but I don't want to spoil anything as I found the story to be good, although it needed something more. The gameplay works very well, although it took me a little getting used to at the beginning as the targeting felt a bit sensitive. Apart from the two weapons you have, there is also a gadget that freezes enemies, and as you play, there are some upgrades you can make. It is simple, but I think it functions as it should in terms of gameplay. The atmosphere is very good and the sound is well-crafted, making me feel uncomfortable at certain points.
My issues are with the initial graphics, which are not the best, not even for PS4, although we are talking about a AA production; it's just that the faces are all over the place in the dialogues. Also, it has an excessively small enemy variety, with only 3 enemies in the whole game, and two of them change color, which means they require a few extra hits. It's not so bothersome in terms of duration, which is around 5-6 hours for the first run, but I definitely recommend someone to go for the platinum trophy because, besides being easy, it has wonderful collectibles.
If you are not special edition fans, definitely prefer the standard edition, which is cheaper, as we are talking about a very interesting AA horror game. It's the RE at home, but in a good way.
