I bought it as a gift. I have it for six years, immortal, perfect coffee!! For cleaning, if I see that it makes a lot of noise, once a year I buy a special cleaning liquid from Nespresso and do a wash and everything is fine.
Second purchase, the first one broke after 2.5 years.... Good construction, great coffee. Be careful with the capsule, it doesn't work with others. Also, I believe the price is worth around 50-60
I have had it for a year. I read comments like it makes noise, it doesn't make good coffee, etc. It does make noise, which lasts for 10 seconds, exactly the time it takes to make the coffee. The coffee is decent. Now, if you expect to drink coffee comparable to the ones made by espresso machines worth thousands of euros, buy a similar one.
In 3 1/2 months of use (Daily 4-6 single coffees - WARNING: makes single dose espresso or lungo):

My dissatisfaction lies in the fact that despite repeatedly requesting the invoice, it was sent to me over a month later and with a significantly past date.
Better prefer the Essenza Mini, although it has a smaller bin for storing used capsules, it is much quieter than the Inissia. That was the only reason I stopped using it, otherwise it is a good machine with many capsule options.
Very good machine. I bought it for the shop and I have been satisfied after a month of having it. I struggled a bit at first to put the capsules in, but I got used to it. The only negative thing about it is that it makes A LOT of noise. I have a semi-professional one at home and before that, I had the Illy Iperespresso Y3.1 (or 2, I don't remember, the one with the on/off on the side) in the shop, it didn't make that much noise. I wouldn't get it for home because of the noise. It competes with the alarm clock.
As for comparing it to the Illy, Illy makes better coffee but the capsules are more expensive and not at all eco-friendly with so much plastic. This one makes decent coffee and has many more options. You can find offers on the capsules while Illy doesn't have that much. The lungo I'm drinking now is a bit watery but it's drinkable.
I bought it about 7 years ago on sale from Nespresso for around €60. I have used it almost every day and have descaled it 2-3 times over the years, and it still works! For me, it is definitely worth it and more! Even if it breaks tomorrow morning, my opinion about the experience with this product won't change!

A defective piece of garbage for 80,90€ with unclear instructions, problematic circuit boards & buttons to have a coffee, time-consuming return procedures (not replacement) and money refund. Wasted time!
Attention when placing the capsules in the coffee machine, they do not sit correctly in the slot many times, resulting in them getting crushed when closing
After a year of daily and uninterrupted use, I can say that it is a very good choice for the money.
On the positive side: it heats up relatively quickly, has controlled flow, is easy to clean, is durable, takes up little space, and has a nice design.
The hot coffee is very good, but this also depends on the quality of the capsule.
We have made cold coffee a few times and it was okay.
On the negative side: it makes quite a bit of noise.
First of all, the machine makes very good coffee, which is obvious that it cannot be of the same quality as a coffee maker worth thousands of euros, which uses reverse osmosis water, regulated salt quantity, regulated temperature, etc.
You can and SHOULD program the button with the small cup to dispense the amount you want to have a proper 40ml coffee.
The only problem I encountered was with a specific brand of capsules that did not fit properly in the slot (it has a specific tilt when inserted to puncture the capsule correctly).... I changed the brand of capsules and the problem was solved. I also changed several capsules until I found the taste I liked.
Very satisfied, it seems to have a durable and sturdy construction.
They brought it to us as a replacement machine when our mini one burned out after the first descaling. Very very very noisy, like a spaceship landing without a plate. It wakes everyone up, no comparison to other models of the company. That's why two stars.
Used for 1 year with caution, meaning regular cleaning (using approximately 1 coffee/day).. the circuit board burned out and the cost of repair was as much as the entire machine! Given that the coffee it makes is mediocre, it's worth spending a little more to get something that will make better coffee and last longer
My girlfriend bought it as I don't drink capsules but rather from a regular espresso machine, the Gaggia Classic, and freshly ground coffee from the Mignon Zero grinder.
I decided to try 2 freddo coffees with two different flavors (L'or and Starbucks). For each coffee, I used 2 capsules and pressed the single shot button, which is approximately 60+60ml as you can see in the photos. The coffee was very aromatic, quite watery compared to my standards, but tasty. I added half a spoonful of sugar to one and none to the other because I generally don't drink it plain, but I wanted to see what this particular machine can offer with these capsules and be as objective as possible.
It is an easy solution for those who don't want to wait for a large machine to heat up for 15-20 minutes and then make preparations, but rather 10 minutes for a real espresso, and it is definitely worth the money as it is an investment. If you buy 1 coffee outside per day (2€), the machine with the capsules and the cost of each capsule will pay for itself in 2-3 months at most (depending on whether you use 2 or 1 capsule per coffee), so it's worth it. Don't even think about it.
The only thing I would advise those who really want something to wake them up and keep them going from 7 in the morning until 11-12 is to use a double capsule in their coffee and simply select the single shot option on the machine. This way, they will have more coffee with less water.
Update 29/6/2023 (2 days of use): The lungo from the machine produces about 120ml, which is excessive in my opinion. I tried it and it literally feels like drinking water with coffee. I don't think we will ever use it. Maybe some people like this function in winter because it "resembles" a French coffee. Personally, I found it uninteresting.
Update 1/7/2023 (5 days of use): After a detailed reading of the instruction manual, I noticed that it mentioned a gift with the capsule logo (the online version shows a box with capsules). However, we never found anything like that in the box. It should be noted that the machine's box was not sealed, and the machine was not in an airtight bag, so it's unlikely that someone else opened the box. After visiting the nearest Nespresso Boutique store, we were informed that they have stopped including capsules due to some expiration date issues until the customer purchases the machine and uses them. It's acceptable, but it was their mistake to have it mentioned in both the online manual and in written form and then refuse to provide a dozen capsules of different flavors. They lost us as customers as we will only buy Starbucks, L'or, and Coffeeway.

The coffee maker does its job but the color is neither cream nor vanilla, it is yellowish and it is awful. I thought it would be a bit more elegant and sweet in the space in cream rather than black but it's not... Very unsuccessful shade. Well done delonghi.
It is a value for money coffee machine, I have tested it with various qualities and brands of coffee available in the market and it performed excellently in all of them.
It makes really good coffee and for the money, it's worth getting it without a second thought. Whatever capsule I have used, it works perfectly. I have had it for two years and it hasn't had any issues at all. The only negative is the noise, but compared to everything else, it's not a problem. If I had to buy a machine again, I would choose this one

This specific coffee machine is top-notch! First of all, it is extremely stylish! It is also very affordable for what it offers and very durable! How do I know? Because one day it accidentally fell from the kitchen counter because I had it on the edge, and it didn't suffer any damage at all! As for coffee preparation... yes, it is noisy when the coffee extraction starts to the point where it makes you think it might explode, but the quality of the coffee is perfect! The only thing I noticed with coffee capsules in general is that certain capsules are suitable for specific types of coffee, meaning not all capsules work for everything! I have had it for years and I haven't descaled it yet, which is a mistake of course, but it still works great like in the beginning! Additionally, I clean it once a week and every time I make a coffee, I always press a shot of espresso without a capsule, of course, to clean it internally! By the way, I am thinking of buying the Nespresso Citiz and bringing it to my country house! 5 out of 5 from me!
When I first used it, I was almost scared by the noise it makes, but you get used to it... Other than that, it is compact, with only two buttons, very user-friendly, and overall, it's worth the money. Because it has a small water tank, it's good to remember to check it (especially if you have made more coffees than usual at that particular time).

We have had it for 10 years now and it works perfectly. We also got it for our vacation home. The only issue it has is with the freddo. It comes out watery even with 2 capsules
Coming from an Illy espresso machine, I have to say that this specific coffee maker is superior in every way. First of all, you get more coffee from one capsule than you do with the Illy machine. It is small and convenient. It is definitely worth its money 100%.
Very good café with amazing construction quality. The only thing that slightly bothers (personally) is the noise it makes.
I have had a Delonghi espresso machine for 13 years without capsules and I was given an Inissia as a gift. Obviously, the coffee-making process is much easier, without the need for cleaning, but personally, my coffee tastes very light and I have tried many brands. I will prefer the old one.
