Unfortunately, this particular product does not live up to what is described in its description and the related video. The only function that performs well is the suction. The steam function is inadequate, essentially just water. The combination of steam and suction is even worse, as the water (because it is not real steam) simply wets the floor and the dust just sticks and is not absorbed by the suction. Therefore, the quality-price ratio is simply disappointing, it is a very expensive device that can only be used as an electric vacuum cleaner.

I wonder why it continues to be manufactured and sold when it spends most of its time in a repair phase. It shows all damages and problems. The company should have withdrawn it and the owners should be compensated in some way. It seems to be the big failure of Karcher.

Unacceptable, I agree with the comments of previous consumers. In short, it is sensitive and poorly constructed, with unacceptable joints. I bought it 14 years ago and rarely used it due to its size. It came with many problems, and I have taken it to the service center twice already. I will not take it for a third time. I recommend choosing other models.

Impressive for all that it does, but has many flaws. The main issue is that the hose with the nozzle has broken 3-4 times (the plate) and has also leaked. Very expensive without long-term durability.

Unacceptable company and stay away from it in general, everyone I know who bought vacuums from them is dissatisfied and they are all of poor quality construction, as well as the supposed warranty that covers almost nothing... After a year of use, the SV7's hose clip broke. Unacceptable construction for so much money... It is an amazing cleaning machine that can do everything you can imagine... It makes the floor shine with the special parquet brush and I have never seen the tiles so clean, not even with the best mop... It does an incredible job on mattresses, sofas, curtains, radiators, windows, refrigerators, kitchens, bathrooms, and frames. I recommend buying it from Polti, which is its original manufacturer, and not the poor copy of the unacceptable Karcher...

I bought it mainly for granite tile floor, but it doesn't clean well and it's tiring to use. It always leaves some water and especially the attachment for carpets is not that good. It's expensive as a device and quite bulky and tiresome.

Very good, I highly recommend it. It heats up very quickly, and the vacuum cleaner system with the water function is incredible.
